What Welcy is

Welcy is a gacha machine for real stocks. Pay a fixed price, spin, and a card comes out. Every card holds a real, tokenized equity on Robinhood Chain: hold it, cash it out, or send it to a friend.

You buy a pack at $10, $100 or $1000. The machine draws a rarity tier from a published table, then draws a card from that tier's rack. Rarer tiers hold more stock, not different companies: a legendary NVDA card is the same NVDA, just more of it.

The tier decides how much, not which company. A common card on the $100 pack holds $70 of stock. A legendary on the same pack holds $888 of it.

A spin, step by step

  1. You pay. The pack price goes to the treasury in USDG on Robinhood Chain. Your wallet signs one transfer, nothing else.
  2. The machine settles. The outcome comes from HMAC_SHA256(serverSeed, txHash). The hash of that server seed is published before any spin happens, and your transaction hash is something the house cannot choose.
  3. A tier is drawn. The first word modulo 10,000 walks down the published table.
  4. A card is drawn. A second hash lane picks a stock from that tier's shelf, so the card pick is independent of the tier pick.
  5. The card lands on your shelf. Priced at the live pool price at the moment it was won.

Rack RTP is 89.50% on every pack. Counting the jackpot feed, effective return to players is around 90%. Face value is a multiple of the pack price, so odds and return are identical on every pack size. Bigger packs are bigger stakes, not better odds.

Prize stocks are the tokenized equities with a live USDG pool on Robinhood Chain: NVDA, TSLA, AAPL, META, MSFT, GOOGL, AMD, PLTR, NFLX, RBLX, GME, MSTR, SPCX, IBM, DELL, ADBE and more. Which names sit on which pack is a liquidity decision, and the current shelf is visible in the app.

Cards

A card is a claim on a specific quantity of one tokenized stock, priced at the pool price when it was won. Its face is not an estimate, it is the USD the machine committed when the card was created.

  • Hold it. The shares behind it track the real equity, up or down.
  • Sell it back. For two days after it is won, the house buys it back at the live market price.
  • Unwrap it. Take the raw stock token to your own wallet.
  • Consign it. Lend it back to a rack and earn a cut of every spin until someone draws it.

Consignment

Instead of selling, lend a card back to its rack. It sits there earning a share of every spin, pro-rated by its share of the shelf, and that accrues whether or not your card is the one drawn.

When someone draws it, you are paid its full face minus a small fee, plus everything it earned while racked. When you take it back, you get the card and the earnings.

What you are trading. Card ownership for a fee stream plus a claim on the frozen face. If the stock rises while it is racked, that upside is not yours. On a card you meant to hold anyway, it is close to free income.

Bankroll vault

Stake USDG and you are the house. The vault funds the shelves and pays every card the machine hands over. Your position grows when players lose and shrinks when they win. Shares are priced at NAV going in and coming out.

  • Every spin reserves its worst case payout before it is accepted, so an unbacked spin cannot exist.
  • Idle cash is the solvency guarantee, not lazy capital.
  • No deposit fee, withdrawal fee, management fee or performance fee.
  • Settlement and withdrawals are never paused.

Fees

FeeRateWhere it goes
Protocol2.50%Protocol wallet
Jackpot feed0.50%The growing jackpot card
Golden Chest feed1.00%The chest fund
The rest96.00%The bankroll that pays your card

Fees are taken at settlement, not at purchase. The jackpot and chest feeds are player money in transit: they leave and come back to players in larger, rarer chunks.

Jackpot and Golden Chest

The jackpot is one card that never sits on a rack. Half a percent of every spin tops it up, so it compounds rather than resetting. Hit the 0.05% tier and the whole thing is yours.

The Golden Chest takes one percent of every spin. When window volume crosses $10,000, the chest opens on the next settlement and the entire fund goes to one randomly chosen spinner from that window. Entry is one ticket per spin, so a $10 spin and a $1,000 spin have the same claim, and the spinner who pushed volume over the line has no advantage.

$WELCY

A reward token, not a requirement. Spins are paid in USDG and you never need to hold $WELCY to play, it gates nothing, and it does not change your odds.

What it does is route trading volume back into the machine: the transfer tax is swept into USDG, part of it grows the jackpot and the rest deepens the bankroll. A deeper bankroll is what turns on the larger packs. The more it trades, the bigger the game gets, for every player.

The contract address is published in the bar at the top of every page the moment it is live.

Checking a spin

Every settled spin returns three things: the seed commitment that was published before your spin existed, your transaction hash, and the word the machine derived from them.

word = HMAC_SHA256(serverSeed, txHash)
tier = (word mod 10000) walked down the published table
card = SHA256(word) mod rack.length

When a seed is rotated, the previous seed is published. Anyone can then recompute every spin it settled and check the tier against what the machine paid. The commitment is what pins the house to a seed it cannot change after seeing your transaction.
